Rie Nagai studied abroad with Germany’ s Pola Art Foundation in 2019.
This exhibition comes after the artist’ s receipt of this year’ s Nikkei Nihonga Award, and it will be her first solo exhibition in Ginza.
Her pieces focus on amusement parks in Tokyo, Berlin, and other cities for their motifs.
